Configure SSN-Auth settings

Configure third-party provider settings

Admins must provide correct auth provider configs before enabling the SSN-Auth method. Refer to the guides below to see the configuration details of the third-party auth providers.

Note. Customers are responsible for establishing and covering the costs associated with a third-party authentication provider that supports SSN verification.

After the auth provider's configuration is ready, to provide the required settings in the Admin Center, go to Settings > SalaX Secure Mail > Configuration > AUTHENTICATION SETTINGS > Enable SSN-Auth > Update auth provider configs

Add SSN-Auth provider configs

  1. Fill in all the fields listed under the auth provider area, such as Signicat.
  2. Click the Save button on the upper right of the screen.

Delete the SSN-Auth provider

Delete action removes the selected config and disables that provider in the SSN-Auth method.

  1. Click the "Delete" button next to the provider's name.
  2. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Save button in the upper-right corner.

When you delete a provider config, you must re-fill the fields before enabling the provider in Authentication Settings.
