Configure SSN-Auth settings
Configure third-party provider settings
Admins must provide correct auth provider configs before enabling the SSN-Auth method. Refer to the guides below to see the configuration details of the third-party auth providers.
Note. Customers are responsible for establishing and covering the costs associated with a third-party authentication provider that supports SSN verification.
After the auth provider's configuration is ready, to provide the required settings in the Admin Center, go to Settings > SalaX Secure Mail > Configuration > AUTHENTICATION SETTINGS > Enable SSN-Auth > Update auth provider configs
Add SSN-Auth provider configs
- Fill in all the fields listed under the auth provider area, such as Signicat.
- Click the Save button on the upper right of the screen.
Delete the SSN-Auth provider
Delete action removes the selected config and disables that provider in the SSN-Auth method.
- Click the "Delete" button next to the provider's name.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking the Save button in the upper-right corner.
When you delete a provider config, you must re-fill the fields before enabling the provider in Authentication Settings.
