How to send secure mails from Outlook

Introduction

Sending secure mails from any email client is possible if the administrator or your organization enables it. However, due to the security risks of this method, the recommended method is to use Secure Mail application.

Send a secure mail

Append the secure mail extension to your recipients email address
By appending your organizations chosen secure extension (for example s) to your recipients email addresses, your email is securely delivered to your organizations secure mail service instead of being sent through conventional insecure channels directly to the recipients

Please note that the email will be saved in your sent folder and in theory visible to your email provider

Proceed to send your email as usual.
