How to send secure mails from Outlook
Introduction
Sending secure mails from any email client is possible if the administrator or your organization enables it. However, due to the security risks of this method, the recommended method is to use the Secure Mail application.
When sending secure emails using Outlook, the current version of Secure Mail only allows the Email-OTP authentication or Cookie method to access the messages, depending on the settings defined by the system administrator.

Append the secure mail extension to your recipients' email address. By appending your organization's chosen secure extension (for example,

) to your recipients' email addresses, your email is securely delivered to your organization's secure mail service instead of being sent through conventional insecure channels directly to the recipients.Proceed to send your email as usual.
⚠️ Please note that the email will be saved in your sent folder and in theory visible to your email provider.
