Highlights

Notification email template updates

Improved the email templates to adopt your custom SalaX Secure Mail web theming. Now, both your web interface and notification email templates will display your chosen colors, providing a consistent look that aligns more closely with your branding. We also added templates for One-Time Passcodes (OTP) and Authentication Method Changed notification emails.

Several important improvements and enhancements

Improved and addressed important issues in the message import flow which allows to send emails from other email applications, e.g. Outlook.

• Addressed a rare issue which causes sending duplicate emails.
• Addressed several issues associated with the use of BCC when sending secure mail via external email applications (e.g., Outlook).
• Improved checks for status consistency and linked ID matching, enhancing overall security.
• Ensured that plain text emails are now correctly sent as links, based on your organization's configured email routing settings.
• UX bug fixes and enhancements.

Deprecation Warnings

• The svg file format is no longer supported in the logo. Please replace the logo file with the supported format (jpeg or png). For more information, please refer to the documentation.
