Auditing and Mail statistics

For enhanced user experience, SalaX Secure Mail now utilizes InfluxDB for the audit logs and mail statistics, which is installed alongside the rest of the system by default. Previously stored audit data from various services has been migrated to InfluxDB while preserving its original timestamps.

Highlights

Localization support

SalaX Secure Mail now supports four predefined languages: English, Finnish, Swedish, and Norwegian. These can be enabled from the Admin Center. The predefined languages can be further modified from the SalaX Secure Mail's language settings. New languages can also be added.

Note: If you have updated your Terms of Service content, you need to provide translation of your customized Terms of Service before enabling other languages. However, your own custom Terms of Service will still be visible in the English translation.

Enhanced notification emails

The notifications are more informative and versatile:

Multi-language Support: Secure Mail now supports localization, and it is possible to set notification emails in up to three languages.
Customizable Info Box: Each customizable notification type now includes an "info" field, enabling administrators to provide additional context or information directly within the email.

Deprecation warnings

The localization keys and values were updated during the localization work. Please pay attention to the localized texts after upgrade and do any changes necessary.
