Create an account

  1. Enter your email address into the email address field and select Continue. If you already have an account, log in to your account.

  2. Check your email for a One-Time Passcode.

  3. Copy and paste the passcode into the passcode field and select Continue.

  4. Enter and confirm your new password. Then, select Submit.

  5. You will get the below message. Select Sign In to log in to your account.

I can't create an account. Why?

Your Secure Mail administrator might have restricted the email addresses that can create an account. For more information, contact your administrator.

Log in to your account

  1. Enter your email address into the email address field and select Continue. If you don't have an account, you can create one or log in without an account.
  2. Enter your password and select Sign In. You may also be prompted to provide some other type of authentication.

To sign out of your Secure Mail session, click on the Sign Out icon at the top right corner of the page.

Log in without an account

  1. Enter your email address into the address field and select Continue.
  2. Check your email for a One-Time Passcode.
  3. Copy and paste the passcode into the passcode field and select Continue.

To sign out of your Secure Mail session, click on the Sign Out icon at the top right corner of the page.
